Matchmaking sucks?

Will there be any improvements on matchmaking?
Im an M6 that gets one shot a lot because im matched up with bigger and stronger heavies, i dont think i should even have a teirs 9 and 10 in it...

In matchmaker itslef - less likely.
they only ajust tank's battle level range.
for instance, they raised Chinese MT's battle level on 1 level.

The only times the matchmaking sucks for me is when I'm in the bottom 3rd of the tree (how many really like this position) and when one team has an inordinate amount of Type 59s on their side. The Type 59s invariably wolf pack and dominate the game. The recent move to stop the sale of these tanks is a response to the inequity everyone was voicing. A balance of Type 59s on each side is OK but it is still tough if you are not in the 59. I am still figuring out my tactics on how to deal with them - the best one is to keep them at a distance.

I thought about it, and realized, that it is easy to create very precise matchmaker. But would it be interesting to play all the same matches with exact matching, no variations?
