Russian players break the online record and force the server down

212 000 players. That was the record of simultaneously playing tank drivers set up by the Russian players yesterday. The effort was huge and so were the results: the server crashed. On one side, the developers promise improvements as a reaction, on the other, they play with the idea of introducing restrictions on the amount of players the servers can handle. Hopefully, the problem will be solved by the time the servers merge with EU and US.
